Duskpaw quickly picked up the mouse he caught earlier and ran after the rest of the patrol but glanced back to where he was earlier and then continued catching up to his clanmates

Two days passed, and evening came up. Ripplestar had long left with Whitetail, to see the Moonstone. They suspected they were climbing the HighStones right now. Bluestream yawned, it was his duty to spy on Blackfoot. Ever since the death, they had someone watching him at all times, like a kittypet apprentice.

Crowstar flicked his tail with his dusk patrol and shook his head as he saw Ripplestar and lead his patrol on

Cloudstrike and Sunfall had been sent out to the HighStones (which they now considered there own) for a rather small dusk patrol. Sunfall sniffed the air. She stopped, telling Cloudstrike to go ahead. She smelled something.

Ripplestar and Whitetail climbed along the Highstones, their pelts shining in the evening light, but having much grace as they walked. They had been on a long journey, and time was ticking fast. The StreamClan leader was quite impatient to rest with the MoonStone.

Sunfall saw Ripplestar and Whitetail. She knew that they had a reason to be walking through here, but she had to ask why. Sunfall walked up to them. "Ripplestar, Whitetail," she dipped her head in greeting "may I ask what your buisness being here is?"

"We're travelling to the MoonStone." Ripplestar replied coolly, flicking her tails as she stood tall. Whitetail stood at her side, her stance a bit tense, not used to being stopped around the HighStones. But Ripplestar hadn't a thought of worry, as calm as the breeze, eyes glinting with an unreadable expression.

Sunfall nodded, "Alright, sorry to bother you." Sunfall stepped out of there way. She licked down her cream fur, and caught up with Cloudstrike.

*Totally didn't forget about this* Ripplestar gave a nod of acknowledgement and continued on. MEANWHILE. Blackfoot swam across the river, in to the falling darkness of TimberClan's territory slyly. He /had/ to put that dreadful, mouse-brained apprentice to the ground if it was the last thing he did. That TimberClan apprentice could tell everyone what he was up to. Bluestream slid in to the river once the other warrior was on the other side, trying to stay hidden and keeping up to see what the tom was doing.

Duskpaw mumbled to himself as he left the camp his tail lashing and his fur stood one end as his claws tore up the ground

Blackfoot slid through the darkness of the forest, sniffing the air for any trials that might lead to that dreadful apprentice. Perhaps he could snatch him out of camp secretly. The brown tom swiftly glided through the area, keeping on edge for any signs of activity, completely unaware he was followed.

Duskpaw flicked his ear as he thought he heard leaves being rustled as he had the feeling of being followed, the tom shook the thought away and jumped over a patch of brambles his tail lashing behind him as he felt the wind blow at his face and tug at his whiskers

Blackfoot saw his target, beginning to stalk carefully after the TimberClan apprentice with great menace. His eyes were burning with hatred for the cat, and he was ready to attack. He just had to wait for the apprentice to go farther away, somewhere where no one could hear his yowls.

Duskpaw turned his head as he had the feeling of being followed he then sprinted away through a thick bramble patch, thankful for his short fur he slid through easily /there, Streamclan cats can't have brambles ruin their fur!/ he thought as he climbed up a tree quickly
