"Where in StarClan is SkyClan?" Ripplestar hissed impatiently, halfly to herself, and halfly to the TimberClan leader. Leopardpaw yawned and unsheathed her claws, pressing a paw to her chin. "Well, it's gone pretty well. But the hostile-looking one is my mentor... I just really don't feel inspired to learn from him. Sometimes I think it's hopeless." Leopardpaw admitted, dropping her shoulders with a sigh, loooking back at Duskpaw again.

"I don't know Ripplestar, I just hope they come soon or we will need to start without them" Crowstar mewed as his eyes scanned the area for any cats of Skyclan. "Hey don't worry we all have our own ways to learn from our mentors" Duskpaw reassured the Streamclan apprentice his mew showing signs of amusement for some reason

Ripplestar nodded, her eyes showing a glint of worry in the moon, shimmering through the darkness. Leopardpaw smiled back at Duskpaw, her eyes shimmering with agreement. "You're right." She purred back, giving a graceful nod. The shimmer of moonlight on her leopard-fashioned pelt turned it to a shimmering away of silver splashing over gold, and her amber eyes with like pools of amber-hued flower petals.

"Yeah." he purred as his light green eyes glimmered as the apprentice smiled. Whiteclaw walked between Bluestream and Blackfoot "Look, no need to break the truce." the shecat said sternly as she looked at Bluestream, then to Blackfoot "Agreed?"

Just about to unsheathe his claws and turn to the cat who dared interrupt the argument, Blackfoot seemed less angered. He always knew to at least not to make a show in front of a she-cat. Perhaps one day she could be seduced, enslaved, and retrained. The tiger-pelted tomcat growled under his breath and slid away. Bluestream took in a deep breath, his amber eyes glittering with relief. "Thank you." He purred to the she-cat, giving a nod of gratitude and quickly padding off to visit Hollypaw, who still loomed at the clearing. Passing by Leopardpaw, he brushed his tail against her back in a greeting, before dodging away playfully like he always did. Leopardpaw glanced at him with a nod of respect and greeting, seeing he looked back. She still admired his amazing skill as a mentor, a warrior... She would never get over the fact she was stuck with a hostile mentor...

Smokestar, the forgetful cat he is, finally realized that today was the gathering. He rounded the cats who were going (Cloudstrike, Darkpaw, Sunfall, Petalpaw, Sagefur, Soft-tail, and Rosepool). They got up, and left the camp. They walked across the leaf-covered trail, and finally make there way to the gathering. "Sorry for being late," Smokestar said.

"At least you made it" Crowstar mewed as he dipped his head to Smokestar "Anytime" Whiteclaw mewed to Bluestream as she straightened up "At least Whiteclaw stopped a fight from breaking out" Duskpaw mewed as he saw the shecat interrupt the arugment

"Thank StarClan you made it." Ripplestar purred, greeting the SkyClan leader with a respectful nod. Leopardpaw purred with agreement once more to Duskpaw, stretching her frame up a bit. She swiveled her ears back towards where Bluestream and Hollypaw was, focusing on the soft hiss of their words. Still talking over about Gorgepaw. Glancing at Duskpaw, her paws tingled as she began to wonder why the Clans couldn't be at peace.... She began to wonder how she could remain friends with this apprentice without betraying the Clan... /Or would it matter?/ She thought.

Crowstar stood up as he looked over the grouped clans as he yowled the call for the gathering to start. "Huh, seems like Skyclan finally came" Duskpaw mewed as he went over to his mentor and sat down but cast a glance back at Leopardpaw and then looked back to the leaders

Leopardpaw watched the TimberClan apprentice walk away, trotting away from the place to find her mentor. At last she found the angry warrior, hostile glare focused in to the distance where Bluestream was with Hollypaw. "Hi, BlackFoot." Leopardpaw mewed, looking up at her mentor. Without even greeting her, the male glared at her and growled, "What were you doing with that mouse-brained TimberClan apprentice? Don't make any friends with such low-life creatures." Leopardpaw flinched at her mentor's words, quickly explaining that she just bumped in to him by accident. "Sure looked like it." Blackfoot growled once more, swiping the small apprentice angrily. She flinched once more as the paw slammed her, nearly off in to the water. But she caught her balance quickly, cowering next to her mentor who grinned, feeling like he had more control over the stupid apprentice now, just waiting for the gathering to start.

Smokestar dipped his head down to both of the leaders. All of the SkyClan cats settled down, and sat in there places.

"Ripplestar, would you like to begin?" Crowstar mewed to the Streamclan leader as he flicked his tail waiting patiently for an answer

"Yes, please." Ripplestar replied, nodding with gratefulness that she was able to start. "Everyone's attention, please!" She yowled to catch everyone's attention and make sure everyone was listening. "I have two things to announce. Once will not affect many... The other, not so sure." The StreamClan leader announced, looking among the clearing. "So we'll start with the less-important thing. Lately, an apprentice of our Clan died. Gorgepaw. He, and Hollypaw, were reportedly seen near the Water-Turn Place. Gorgepaw was later found on the shore, mangled up and tattered." She said, searching the crowd with her green optics for the view of the apprentice. "We deal this as a warning- if any of you are taunting enough to trespass- that this place is a rising danger. Though we can't be sure if it was the cause of the apprentice's death, we can only assume." She finished, quickly changing the subject before anyone could accuse her of suggesting the others were trespassing. "We also believe Star Stream should be our own. It is in our blood to rule the water, and this piece of StarClan should be ours." She finally said the most important subject, listening to the yowls of approval in her own Clan, that the sacred water-way should be theirs completely.

The Timberclan cat yowled out in disapproval as Duskpaw yowled out "Star Stream belongs to all of the clans!" the apprentice's fur was ruffled as Crowstar waited for everything to die down "Ripplestar, I agree with my clan, Star Stream does not belong to a single clan..." he mewed calmly but he looked at the Streamclan leader his gaze flickering in rage

Smokestar was speechless. He didn't know how to reply. It's not that he wanted the Star Stream, he never had. Smokestar just didn't know how to react.
